"I WISH THEY HAD A NEGATIVE BUTTON!!! I've been with them since 2014 no claims filed until a roof claim in 2025. They said it was repairable, but it wasn't so they had to replace it. They're saying it was 2 claims, but the replacement was written up on the repair claim. They didn't renew my policy for the so called 2 claims filed in 2025. Said I was a risk😡😡😡 So basically you can have homeowners insurance if you pay the bill monthly and NEVER find a claim!!"
